Job summary

McCurley Honda in Pasco, WA is seeking a hardworking SALES ASSOCIATE to join our sales team. This full-time role involves helping customers select and purchase or lease new or used vehicles with a strong focus on service excellence.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of automotive sales experience, preferably with luxury vehicles, and demonstrates accuracy, active listening, and integrity in every interaction.

McCurley Honda is searching for a hardworking and reliable person that is a highly motivated individual to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of automotive sales experience, preferably targeted to luxury vehicles and will assist customers with purchasing or leasing of new or used vehicles in accordance with dealership policies, state and federal laws. This position has a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the car buying process.

This position is based on individual performance.

Pay ranges from $48,000.00 to $180,000.00 annually.
