Job summary

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is actively seeking an experienced Used Car Manager/Desk Manager to lead regional used-vehicle operations across our dealer network. You will drive appraisal, pricing, reconditioning, and desk deals to maximize profitability while supporting retail sales growth and dealership objectives.

We value leadership, strong CRM and inventory management skills, and a history of results-driven management in high-volume stores.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive management experience.
• Experience with used car buying/appraising is a plus.
• Strong leadership and dealership operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage used vehicle operations and inventory performance.
• Perform vehicle appraisals, acquisitions and pricing.
• Oversee reconditioning and merchandising processes.
• Structure and desk deals to maximize profitability.
• Monitor inventory turn and wholesale/liquidation activity.
