ReliableVA Solutions Llc is seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to lead second-shift operations at our USDA-regulated RTE plant in Ponca City, OK. This hands-on role drives efficiency, mentors frontline supervisors, and ensures strict regulatory compliance on a high-volume production floor.

The ideal candidate will have deep USDA RTE fluency and a proven track record of achieving production metrics under pressure, with strong leadership and continuous improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a USDA Ready-to-Eat (RTE) facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily 2nd shift production activities on a live, high-volume manufacturing floor, ensuring seamless handoffs between shifts.
• Own and maintain a minimum 93% production efficiency by optimizing labor, uptime, and inventory control.
• Ensure absolute adherence to USDA regulations, food safety QA standards, and compliance documentation from day one.
• Direct, mentor and evaluate frontline production supervisors, cultivating leadership, accountability and safety compliance.
• Manage shift budgets, control operational costs, and drive continuous improvement to minimize waste.
• Partner with maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues in real time and maximize machinery uptime.
