A Bachelor's degree in Meat Science or Business and a minimum of three years of progressive managerial experience in manufacturing are required. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team in a physically demanding environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years progressive managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance including USDA standards.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, standing long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs.
