Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. seeks a Captain to direct ferry operations and ensure safe, compliant performance onboard. You will lead training and drills while delivering high-level customer service to guests and crew.

Based aboard a passenger vessel in Florida, this role requires physical stamina, the ability to work in all weather, and teamwork with crew and management. A current USCG license plus TWIC are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current and valid USCG License and TWIC card required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Previous dock/marina experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work remotely with little supervision.
• Must pass safety and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation, cleaning, and upkeep of a passenger vessel.
• Docking and mooring operations.
• Maintain logs and records.
• Communicate professionally with client crew.
• Passenger embarkation/debarkation safety.
• Support non-motorized waterfront operations.
• Repair and maintain marine equipment.
• Assist with general vessel maintenance.
