cFocus Software seeks a CODE Services Task Lead / CODE Strategy Support to join our USAF program. This on-site role is in Linthicum Heights, MD and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

You will lead enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives, align plans with the DC3 mission, and oversee portfolios and roadmaps. The role demands extensive experience briefing CIO and CISO on agency-wide actions, guiding cloud, data, and interoperability strategies, and supervising cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• B.S. in CS/IT or related field.
• Active PMP certification.
• Minimum of one year leading and supervising teams in the last three years.
• Experience briefing CIO/CISO on agency-wide actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness.
• Experience overseeing personnel with USCYBERCOM or subordinate Commanders' directives.
• Experience building, operating, securing LAN/WAN, IPv6, VPN, cloud, virtualization, storage, and related IT/data systems.
• Experience with unified communications and VTC systems in multi-level classification environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of DC3 enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives and align strategic plans, portfolio and acquisition strategies with the DC3 mission.
• Guide enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and data strategy; ensure data-layer interoperability with identified systems.
• Establish and govern enterprise IT portfolios with monthly strategy and portfolio deliverables.
• Analyze resource allocations and perform data-driven cost-benefit analyses for build-versus-buy decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders to identify new technologies and maintain the CODE Strategic Communications Plan.
• Oversee the enterprise technical debt audit and security gaps assessments.
• Lead engineering trade studies and total cost of ownership models; manage CI/CD pipelines in modular sprints.
• Brief CIO and CISO leadership and supervise cross-disciplinary teams across cyberspace IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data/AI.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Active PMP certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in the last three years leading and supervising teams.
• Experience in the last five years briefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide planned, recommended, and directed actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness.
• Minimum of two years' experience in the last seven years overseeing personnel receiving, interpreting, planning, briefing, executing, and reporting on orders issued by: Commander of USCYBERCOM or one of their subordinate Commanders.
• Minimum of three years' experience in the last ten years leading and supervising teams in a Government and private networking and infrastructure environment (classified and unclassified) similar in scope and complexity to this TO.
• Minimum of three years' experience in the last ten years with the building, operating, securing, defending, and extending Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, including wireless components, firewalls, routing and switching, Internet Protocol version 6 (IPV6), VPN, cloud computing, virtualized servers, storage arrays, and other IT/data systems.
• Minimum of five years' experience in the last seven years with unified communications, including the design, installation, maintenance, and administration of VTC system for multi-level classification environments (Unclassified, Secret, and TS/SCI).
• Minimum of one years' experience in the last three years leading and supervising teams running a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline utilizing modern approaches including containerization, micro-segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Minimum of two years' experience in the last five years leading and supervising teams planning and executing migration of legacy systems into multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Minimum of two years' experience in the last seven years leading and supervising personnel developing and implementing "data lakes" and other aspects of modern data strategies.
• Minimum of one years' experience in the last five years briefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide planned, recommended, and directed actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness.

Duties

• Lead execution of DC3 enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives and develop, maintain, and align strategic plans, portfolio and acquisition strategies, and roadmaps with the DC3 mission, priorities, and relevant cybersecurity frameworks.
• Guide enterprise architecture, cloud computing strategy, and enterprise data strategy; coordinate data-layer interoperability with the systems and architectures identified in PWS section 2.1.1.1.
• Establish and govern enterprise IT portfolios, including portfolio structures, documented processes, reporting, and communication mechanisms; coordinate the required monthly strategy and portfolio deliverables.
• Analyze resource allocations and program dependencies; conduct data-driven cost-benefit analyses to inform build-versus-buy decisions and enterprise investment priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and agencies to identify and integrate new technologies, develop an external partnership strategy, and maintain the CODE Strategic Communications Plan.
• Oversee the enterprise technical debt audit and register, including assessments of code architecture, obsolete infrastructure, security compliance gaps, and difficult-to-maintain data schemas.
• Lead engineering trade studies and total cost of ownership models comparing refactor, replatform, replace, and retire approaches before changes to legacy architecture; execute approved remediation through Task 4 DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines in modular sprints.
• Brief CIO and CISO leadership on planned, recommended, and directed agency-wide actions and supervise cross-disciplinary teams supporting cyberspace IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data and AI.
