GM Hill Engineering, Inc. seeks a Superintendent with 5+ years of field leadership to deliver safe, quality task orders at Fort Stewart, GA. You will lead field teams, enforce USACE requirements, and coordinate with DPW to maintain schedules and budgets on multiple projects.

Requirements include Procore certification, OSHA 30, USACE CQM, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Candidates must be ready to travel as needed and manage complex plans and reports on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Superintendent/SSHO/CQM on JOC/BOS/O&M contracts with multiple projects.
• Procore Superintendent Certification required within 30 days.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget on Task Order projects.
• Coordinate with DPW as the central point of contact for Task Order work.
• Ensure field compliance with design documents, manage submittals and contract closeout docs.
• Be physically present on site as work is performed, per contract.
• Communicate issues, schedule conflicts and logistics needs to Project Managers.
• Plan and supervise work-arounds, shutdowns and tie-ins.
• Prepare schedules, staffing, materials, equipment and punch lists.
• Maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
• Perform other assigned duties.
