Job description

Position Summary

Drives sales in the Vision Center by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels. Manages budgeting and forecasting, assesses economic trends, and community needs. Models and enforces customer service approaches and techniques, ensuring customer and member satisfaction and issue resolution within company standards. Oversees community outreach programs and encourages associates to serve as good community members. Ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, and developing improvement plans. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing achievements. Ensures provision of quality eyewear through consultation, education, measurements, and minor repairs. Upholds the company's open-door policy by engaging with associates to address concerns and review policies. Coordinates activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting business plans, and promoting continuous learning. Builds high-performing teams, embraces diversity, and fosters a workplace of belonging. Acts with integrity, maintaining high ethical standards and supporting Walmart’s values. Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making data-driven decisions, and balancing priorities. Strives for excellence through curiosity, resilience, and continuous improvement. Offers competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, including health, financial, paid time off, and educational programs. The hourly wage range is $23.50-$33.50, with additional performance bonuses and location-based pay zones.

Minimum Qualifications
