Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to meet the club's expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and product specifications.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and enhance sales and service, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and operate cash registers, ensuring safety and compliance standards.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and uphold company policies and ethics.
