Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. Collaborating with team members, you will ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians; develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment, TPMS, product specs, and seasonality; utilize POS systems and selling techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, improve service, and make immediate business decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage their use.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; manage inventory, safety, and compliance; process transactions; assist members with purchasing decisions; resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products; inspire and train team members; uphold the brand's reputation.
