Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques using POS systems and in-person or phone interactions.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, and safety standards. Handle transactions, assist members, and resolve issues, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and embody company values through respectful and supportive teamwork. Comply with policies and continuously seek improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to complete required training and assessments
