Job description

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, and resources; mentor new technicians; communicate effectively for safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques including POS systems and customer interactions.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve service, and make immediate decisions related to safety, products, and training.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory; operate cash registers; process transactions; maintain safety and compliance standards; assist members with purchasing and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products; inspire and train team members; embody the brand and enhance the member experience.
• Follow company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work effectively by collaborating with managers and colleagues, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to feedback and change.

Minimum Qualifications...
