What the PRN Screening Technician doesThe PRN Screening Technician has a large amount of direct contact with study participants and is a critical link between participants and the other members of the Screening Team responsible for communicating problems, questions and/or clarifications to the Screening Supervisor.
What you will do- Conducts screening procedures in accordance with WCT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and study protocol under the supervision of the Screening Supervisor.
- Collects and processes lab samples (blood, urine, and other body fluids)
- Vital signs
- ECGs
- Performs skin testing for allergens
- Other lab procedures as required
What you will bring to the role- Must be able to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Accurately complete assigned procedures each shift.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
Your experience- Graduate from an accredited Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program or experience in a Phase I clinical environment.
- At least 6 months of phlebotomy experience. Phlebotomy certification, Medical Assistant certification, or experience as a lab technician.
