Une entreprise mondiale de recherche clinique recherche un PRN Screening Technician pour rejoindre son équipe à San Antonio, Texas. Le candidat idéal participera directement au processus de dépistage des participants aux études cliniques, gérant les échantillons et les informations. Cette fonction clé rend la mission de l'entreprise réelle en améliorant les vies grâce à la recherche. Les candidats doivent posséder une formation en phlébotomie ou en assistance médicale et avoir au moins 6 mois d'expérience.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en phlébotomie de 6 mois minimum.
  • Doit suivre des instructions écrites et orales complexes.
  • Certificat de phlébotomie ou d'assistant médical est un plus.

Responsibilities

  • Effectuer des procédures de dépistage selon les SOP et les protocoles d'étude.
  • Collecter et traiter des échantillons de laboratoire.
  • Mesurer les signes vitaux et effectuer des tests cutanés.

What the PRN Screening Technician does

The PRN Screening Technician has a large amount of direct contact with study participants and is a critical link between participants and the other members of the Screening Team responsible for communicating problems, questions and/or clarifications to the Screening Supervisor.

What you will do
  • Conducts screening procedures in accordance with WCT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and study protocol under the supervision of the Screening Supervisor.
  • Collects and processes lab samples (blood, urine, and other body fluids)
  • Vital signs
  • ECGs
  • Performs skin testing for allergens
  • Other lab procedures as required


What you will bring to the role
  • Must be able to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Accurately complete assigned procedures each shift.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.


Your experience
  • Graduate from an accredited Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant program or experience in a Phase I clinical environment.
  • At least 6 months of phlebotomy experience. Phlebotomy certification, Medical Assistant certification, or experience as a lab technician.
