Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will deliver to our members more of what they love, for less, and collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets the members' expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Use Point of Sale systems and sales techniques effectively.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and elevate engagement through handheld technology. Adapt to new tools and encourage team adoption.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, safety, and compliance. Handle transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist members with purchases and concerns.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment. Comply with policies and complete work efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Successfully complete required training and assessments
