About the Role

We are seeking highly qualified Technicians to join our esteemed team. The roles are crucial in supporting the inspection, maintenance, and repair of Battery Energy Storage and Photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with extensive knowledge of electrical systems and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and components.
• Work with Battery Energy Storage and PV Systems, including automatic transfer switches and surge protection devices.
• Perform field and shop repairs, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Travel to customer locations across the USA for on-site service.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with NEC code and ElTech SOPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Collaborate professionally with team members and clients.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical theory.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficiency with computer software and daily reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional overtime.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, First Aid/ CPR/ AED.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety systems.
• Experience with 3Ø low and medium-voltage power distribution.
• Skilled in using trade tools, multimeters, and precision instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong judgment and efficiency in task execution.
