Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. Collaboration with team members is essential to meet member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians while providing safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques using POS systems and communication skills.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, improve service, and make immediate business decisions, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory, process transactions, ensure safety and compliance, and resolve member issues efficiently.
