Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with team members to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment, TPMS, product specifications, and POS systems.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve the service experience, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory; operate cash registers; process transactions; ensure safety and compliance; assist members with purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and embody the company's values and culture.
