Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will deliver more of what our members love, for less, by working collaboratively with other associates to meet the club's and members' expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques including POS systems and customer interactions.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, execute, and improve sales and service delivery, adapt to new tools, and encourage their use among team members.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, and safety standards. Process transactions, assist members with purchases, resolve issues, and ensure proper packaging and labeling of merchandise.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products, support team development, and model respectful, team-oriented behavior.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics; communicate effectively; prioritize tasks; and adapt to changes and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications
