Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. Your goal is to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, and product specifications. Use Point of Sale systems and sales techniques effectively.
3. Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to plan sales, improve services, and make immediate business decisions. Adapt to new tools and encourage others to do the same.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, and inventory. Operate cash registers, process transactions, and ensure proper storage and labeling of merchandise. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and embody the company's values. Foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment.
