As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, and sales techniques, including POS systems and product knowledge.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and engage with associates using handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
- Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and safety standards. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.
- Act with Integrity: Uphold high standards of ethics and compliance, support Walmart's culture, and hold oneself and others accountable.

Minimum Qualifications...
