Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, and resources; mentor new technicians; and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques using POS systems and in-person interactions.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and enhance engagement; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage others to do the same.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment and supplies; manage inventory and safety standards; report issues; process transactions; assist members with purchasing decisions; and ensure proper packaging and storage.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products; inspire and develop team members; advocate for the brand by valuing member experience.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage for the location. Additional premiums may apply based on specific circumstances.

Experience in auto service industry or retail is preferred.
