Position Summary...

As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...
  1. Be a Team Leader: Supervises the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club. Communicates goals, sets guidelines, and executes company programs while advocating for members, associates, and the company.
  2. Be an Expert: Maintains in-depth knowledge of business operations, safety, compliance, tire and battery service standards, equipment, and new technologies. Shares knowledge, trains the team, and ensures they are equipped with the necessary skills and information.
  3. Leverage Digital Tools: Uses digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and engage associates. Utilizes handheld technology for immediate decision-making and encourages adoption of new tools.
  4. Be an Owner: Drives business results, ensures operational excellence, maintains a clean and safe work area, manages inventory, and supports member service through operational tasks.
  5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Trains and develops team members, encourages career growth, and recruits new talent. Implements processes to meet business needs and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
  6. Respect the Individual: Embraces diversity, fosters a culture of belonging, and builds trusting relationships. Mentors and recognizes team contributions.
  7. Act with Integrity: Upholds high standards of ethics and compliance, models company values, and supports a positive culture.
