Position Summary...

As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the entire club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

  • Be a Team Leader: Supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club. Communicate goals, set guidelines, and execute company programs while advocating for members, associates, and the company.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of business operations, safety, tire and battery service standards, equipment, and product specifications. Share knowledge, train the team, and stay updated with new products and technologies.
  • Leverage Digital Tools: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions and encourage adoption of new tools.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain a safe work environment, manage inventory, and support member service through operational tasks.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Train and develop the team, identify potential, promote career growth, and source new talent. Collaborate with managers and partners to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate Respect and Integrity: Embrace diversity, foster a culture of belonging, build trusting relationships, and uphold high standards of ethics and compliance.
  • Serve Customers and Members: Deliver results with the customer first in mind, and make decisions that balance short and long-term priorities.

At Sam's Club, we offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, financial, paid time off, education benefits, and more. The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
