Position Summary...
As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Leader: Supervises the team within the Tire and Battery Center to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club. Communicates goals, sets guidelines, and expectations for tire and battery service. Executes company programs, adheres to policies, and advocates for the member, the associate, and the company.
- Be an Expert: Maintains in-depth knowledge of business operations, safety, and compliance protocols, tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire recalls, product specifications, and seasonality. Shares knowledge, trains the team, and ensures team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills. Attends training conferences to drive continuous improvement.
- Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and elevate associate engagement. Utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, and product information. Encourages adoption of new tools.
- Be an Owner: Drives business results, ensures operational excellence, maintains a clean and safe work area, manages inventory, and supports member service through operational tasks including staffing, scheduling, and transaction processing.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Trains and develops team members, monitors training completion, and encourages career growth. Sources new talent and implements processes to meet business needs.
- Demonstrate Compliance and Leadership: Promotes adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and fosters a culture of belonging and respect. Leads teams, coordinates work, and models adaptability and resilience.
- Serve Customers and Members: Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making decisions based on reliable information and balancing priorities.
- Strive for Excellence: Demonstrates curiosity, takes calculated risks, and supports continuous improvement and technological adoption.

Minimum Qualifications...
6 months supervisory experience or experience in the automotive industry. Must be 18 years or older. Must complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed timeframe.
Preferred Qualifications...
Supervisory experience, Tire Industry experience, Tire Industry Certification.
