Position Summary

Walmart is hiring a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of refrigeration and HVAC equipment in our retail stores. The role involves using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to complete jobs. Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment using appropriate tools
• Use work order management system to document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed
