Upholds the company's Open Door Policy by engaging with associates, researching issues, reviewing policies, and ensuring responsiveness and resolution. Ensures compliance with policies and develops relationships with regulatory officials. Oversees asset protection, safety standards, quality assurance, safety reviews, and strategic initiatives. Leads community outreach programs to enhance the company's visibility and engagement, establishing relationships with community stakeholders and media.
Drives financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals, managing expenses, interfacing with market teams, and analyzing economic trends. Ensures customer service excellence, maintains store standards, and manages the Academy training environment to support associate development and engagement. Develops strategies to attract and retain talent, fostering a respectful and ethical workplace aligned with company values.

Must pass background checks for firearm or ammunition sales if applicable. Completion of required training and assessments is mandatory.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with experience as a Store Manager in a low, medium, or high-complexity store, especially in grocery segments.
