Ensures compliance with policies, maintains relationships with officials, analyzes reports, and oversees asset protection and safety controls. Develops community outreach programs, representing the company externally and fostering community relationships.
Drives financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals, executing process improvements, controlling expenses, and collaborating with market teams to increase margins. Oversees merchandising, inventory, and store standards, ensuring a high-performance culture and engaging trainees effectively within the Academy training environment.
Develops strategic plans based on business objectives and customer needs, analyzing costs, resource requirements, and operational processes. Implements talent attraction and retention strategies, supports mentorship and succession planning, and fosters an environment of respect, integrity, and ethics.
Builds partnerships and networks to achieve business goals, sponsors community initiatives, and supports associate efforts in outreach. Promotes a culture of belonging, diversity, and inclusion, and acts with integrity in all interactions. Focuses on delivering results with a customer-first approach, embracing continuous improvement, and adopting new technologies.

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of general management experience including financial accountability, plus 4 years supervising at least 50 nonexempt and 5 exempt associates, OR 4 years of management experience with similar supervisory responsibilities. Experience as a Store Manager in various store complexities, with specific educational background such as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, or experience managing grocery areas in retail settings.
