Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Customer Service: Directs and guides management and associates on customer service techniques by modeling excellent service, teaching, and ensuring customer needs and complaints are addressed within company standards. Builds relationships with associates for feedback and information sharing.
- Financial Performance: Ensures the facility meets financial goals by managing sales, wages, and expenses. Assists in expense control, wages, and strategic planning to improve financial outcomes, including budget creation and economic trend analysis.
- Community Outreach: Participates in community programs, builds relationships with community members, and promotes company initiatives and sustainability efforts to enhance the facility's community presence.
- Facility Operations: Sets service standards, teaches merchandise presentation, manages inventory, and oversees safety and quality assurance standards.
- Supervision and Development: Hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates management and hourly associates. Delegates tasks, recognizes achievements, and fosters a team environment.
- Business Planning: Executes business plans by identifying needs, developing strategies, removing barriers, measuring performance, and adapting to ensure success.
- Workplace Culture: Promotes policies on ethics and integrity, supports a culture of belonging, and ensures compliance with standards. Builds high-performing teams and attracts top talent.

Minimum Qualifications...
- 1 year of general management experience including financial accountability.
- 2 years of college OR 1 year retail experience with supervisory experience of 10+ associates OR 2 years general work experience with supervisory experience of 10+ associates.
- Additional certifications may be required for firearm and ammunition sales depending on state regulations.
- Completion of required training and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications...
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University, and experience supervising 20+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
