Position Summary...
What you'll do...

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive programs across different pillars representing business areas through planning, execution, dependency mapping, and agile ways of working. Provide key strategic program support.
  • Drive delivery and accountability through the Experience Team (Program, Product, Engineering, UX, Business) for committed outcomes.
  • Manage detailed project plans, timelines, key milestones, and dependencies across the organization.
  • Align multiple cross-functional working teams around the strategic, business, and technical requirements.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure strategic programs deliver expected results.
  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and business outcomes.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to drive product development and delivery.
  • Implement and oversee a unified process for planning, executing, and measuring product initiatives, leveraging tools like Airtable and Jira.
  • Drive change management and standardization across product and technical teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate continuous planning and reporting to enable product managers to prioritize, connect, and execute their work more effectively.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improve overall product performance.
  • Ensure the successful adoption and integration of new tools and processes to streamline product operations.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives to drive innovation and improve product outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
