Position Summary... The VIZIO Enterprise Program Management team is seeking a highly talented, experienced, and motivated Staff, Technical Operations to facilitate roadmap delivery across the organization. We value individuals who can partner effectively across disciplines to ensure alignment and progress. This role is integral to the VIZIO software platform that shapes the seamless experiences our customers enjoy daily. The position can be based in San Francisco, Dallas, or Denver.

What you'll do...

Our Technology Operations team drives innovation and operational excellence by collaborating across departments, leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimize processes and enhance customer experiences. Your role will directly influence our strategic initiatives and business objectives.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Manage software development project activities across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
  2. Collaborate with development, product, architect, and partner teams to determine technical direction and system design.
  3. Create, manage, and track project schedules, plans, scope statements, resource plans, and risk logs.
  4. Tailor project management and support processes to meet individual project needs.
  5. Oversee resource planning and organizational capacity planning.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience managing software development projects, including E-commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and program estimation tools and techniques.
  • Expertise in program monitoring, control, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of technology strategy, systems, and trends in retail technology.

Locations and Salary Ranges:
  • San Francisco, California: $117,000 - $234,000 annually
  • Dallas, Texas: $90,000 - $180,000 annually

Additional compensation includes performance bonuses, stock options, and other benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields plus 4 years’ experience in project or program management.

Option 2: 6 years’ experience in project or program management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in relevant fields plus 3 years’ experience, or equivalent experience. Candidates with a background in creating accessible digital experiences, implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility are highly valued. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart’s standards for supporting an inclusive culture is preferred.
