Position Summary...

Provides comprehensive patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions accurately, administering immunizations, counseling members on healthcare and medication needs, and maintaining confidentiality and documentation for controlled medications.

Models and enforces proper member service techniques, ensuring issues are resolved within company standards. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, and overseeing quality assurance reviews.

Maintains confidential records as per policies and legal guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
