Position Summary

The (USA) Senior Technology Operations role involves leading the planning, monitoring, and execution of medium-complexity technology programs aligned with strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and financial management to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The role demands strong communication and relationship‑building skills to influence cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements. The incumbent will support technology strategy implementation by translating business needs into actionable plans, fostering collaboration, and promoting operational excellence across multiple projects and stakeholders.

About the Team

The Enterprise Program Management Organization at VIZIO ensures the seamless development of features with a strong focus on quality and customer experience. This team excels in collaborating across multiple functions while supporting autonomous decision‑making to deliver trusted products. The Senior Technical Program Manager leads coordination and delivery for software initiatives within Homescreen and Voice/AI areas, establishing program structure and aligning stakeholders. The team emphasizes clarity, traceability, and operational excellence throughout software release cycles, driving integration and collaboration to meet strategic objectives and maintain high standards in program execution.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 – $171,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock options.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years’ experience in program management, program operations, or related area. Candidates with experience creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility are highly valued.
