Position Summary:

Join Walmart|VIZIO and take your career to the next level! VIZIO is looking for an energetic Specialist Technician, Technology Support to build, monitor, and maintain security systems, work with the security operations center, and respond to incidents. This role offers a great opportunity to join a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment as we expand our brands.

What you'll do:
  1. Monitor SIEM for anomalies and indicators of compromise.
  2. Respond to incidents with support from internal teams and MSSP SOCs.
  3. Manage antivirus and EDR tools across endpoints.
  4. Oversee Data Loss Prevention activities.
  5. Monitor file activity, permissions, and sharing.
  6. Monitor firewall activity across 12 sites.
  7. Conduct Vulnerability Assessments.
  8. Assist security analysts, architects, and leadership as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Operations or 4 years of college in InfoSec.
  • Proficiency in SIEM log management tools.
  • Experience with Office365 and Azure AD security.
  • Knowledge of Next-Gen Antivirus and EDR tools.
  • Experience with Data Loss Prevention enforcement.
  • Familiarity with forensic tools.
  • Experience with vulnerability assessments.
  • Strong awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.

A CCNA certification is also valued.
