Position Summary...

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, driving the full software development lifecycle from coding to deployment and maintenance. We focus on optimizing tariffs and assortment aligned with Walmart’s Everyday Low Cost philosophy. Leveraging advanced technical skills, we deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive value and affordability. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
