• Support product planning and reviews by gathering inputs, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking actions.
• Track initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies, keeping portfolio information current.
• Generate portfolio insights by connecting business metrics, product performance, experiments, and team updates.
• Build dashboards and reports; validate data and explain gaps.
• Support launch and experiment reviews, tracking outcomes and lessons.
• Improve processes through simpler workflows, templates, documentation, and automation.
• Prepare concise leadership summaries and coordinate with product, engineering, analytics, research, and business partners to solve issues and ensure actions are completed.
