Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply, Ad Partnership Management to drive supply growth and partner outcomes for its offsite business. This role collaborates with Product, Sales, and Ad Tech leaders to unlock new demand and capabilities across multiple platforms, shaping the future of Walmart Connect.

• 5 years’ experience in brand advertising, media sales, or related areas.
• 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing or retail advertising sales.
• 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and partnerships across SSPs and publisher platforms supporting Walmart Connect’s offsite solutions.
• Own and grow strategic supply partnerships, driving joint business plans focused on scale, quality, performance, and incremental demand.
• Inform partner prioritization through competitive insights, opportunity sizing, and performance data.
• Develop joint GTM, co selling, marketing, and enablement initiatives with partners.
• Translate partner feedback into product and monetization priorities.
• Partner with Sales to support client activation and track performance through key metrics and QBRs.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : - Stock
