Position Summary...

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment, and operations. Provide meat products by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, utilizing handheld technology for immediate decisions related to production, training, and quality.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain a clean work area, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, model company values, and assist in training and mentoring team members.

Additional responsibilities include complying with company policies, collaborating with team members, respecting individual differences, acting with integrity, delivering excellent customer service, and striving for continuous improvement.
