Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills for customer service. Be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for decision-making, adapt to new tools, and encourage their use.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a clean and safe work area, ensure product quality, eliminate waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high-quality service, train associates, and understand member needs.
