Job description

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills for customer service. Be flexible to the needs of the business, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. Use handheld technology for immediate business decisions, adapt to new tools, and encourage their use.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a clean work area, ensure product quality, eliminate waste, secure fragile merchandise, assist members with purchasing, and ensure proper packaging and storage.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high-quality service, train associates, and understand member needs to enhance their experience.
