Role summary: The Senior Manager, RX Pharmacy Sourcing, leads the development and execution of advanced sourcing strategies by collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet product demand and align with business objectives. This role oversees vendor relationships, negotiates cost-effective agreements, and drives innovation in product and packaging. The position ensures supply continuity through performance evaluation and strategic planning while fostering team development and operational excellence. About the team: The Health and Wellness Sourcing team collaborates with Merchandising, Product Development, and global suppliers to deliver competitive assortments for Walmart customers. This team develops and executes sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, negotiates costs, and drives innovation within the category. Working cross-functionally, members influence business strategy, identify sourcing opportunities, and ensure quality and value.
