Role summary: The Senior Manager, Sourcing, leads the development and execution of complex sourcing strategies by collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet product demand and align with business objectives. The position ensures supply continuity through performance evaluation and strategic planning while fostering team development and operational excellence. About the team: The Health and Wellness Sourcing team collaborates with Merchandising, Product Development, and global suppliers to deliver competitive assortments for Walmart customers. This team develops and executes sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, negotiates costs, and drives innovation within the category. Working cross-functionally, members influence business strategy, identify new sourcing opportunities, and ensure quality and value. The team emphasizes collaboration, analytical thinking, and results-oriented approaches to support Walmart’s commitment to providing exceptional products and experiences.

  The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
