Do you have experience in FinTech or supply chain technology and a passion for leading full‑stack engineering teams that solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale? Walmart is building a small but high‑impact team operating at the intersection of Accounts Payable and Supply Chain, focused on identifying and resolving issues early in the inventory lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely supplier payments. The team will rapidly experiment—analyzing data, forming hypotheses, building POCs, and iterating through test‑and‑learn cycles. Successful solutions will be scaled to support Walmart’s global footprint. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead teams building end‑to‑end solutions across UI, backend services, and event‑driven platforms. You’ll combine people leadership, technical depth, and delivery ownership, staying close enough to the technology to guide architectural decisions while empowering teams to execute with speed and quality.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
