What you'll do...

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to join Fortune #1 and play a key role in the development and delivery of our corporate campus amenities? Walmart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amenity Food and Beverage Senior Manager to establish and lead our food and beverage program across our US locations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in food and beverage policy and procedure development, demand management, change leadership, and sustainable practices. The successful candidate will also play a key role in the strategic oversight of food and beverage resource allocation and coordination, helping ensure efficient use of on-site amenities while guiding behavior change across thousands of associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating food and beverage management strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. They will assist with planning and execution of all U.S. corporate campus amenity programs including food services, onsite amenities, vending, and transportation. Current Walmart corporate campus locations encompass approximately 6.6 million square feet across multiple geographies including California, New Jersey, and leased sites in multiple locations. They will also help to develop strategy and programming for future campus expansions. This individual will lead a growing team and report directly to the Senior Director of Amenities and is located on-site in our Bay Area office.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans and programs related to corporate campus amenities.

  • Consult with business partners, managers, co-workers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Assist with the RFP process for selecting vendors/partners for current and new campuses.

  • Manage and organize projects, initiatives, and programs related to Walmart Home Office amenities.

  • Solicit and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage contracts and vendor engagement strategy.

  • Lead improvements across Walmart facilities by tracking competitor amenities, benchmarking with industry leaders, and developing strategic plans.

  • Conduct financial analysis to maintain department financial operations.

  • Analyze data to make decisions on programs based on business needs.

  • Review costs to ensure campus cafe operations are self-supporting.

  • Focus on hospitality and customer service, addressing any issues with food quality, associate concerns, and customer flow.

  • Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business management or similar 4-years degree in a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in either national chain restaurants and/or private ownership and management/operation of a restaurant

  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
