What you'll do

Our goal is to LEAD ON PRICE. As a Senior Pricing Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping strategies that support this focus.

• Develop and implement strategic fuel pricing initiatives aligned with Sam’s Club pricing strategy, competitive landscape, and margin targets.
• Collaborate with Fuel Team Leadership to create insights, execute tests, drive price promotions, and manage P&L.
• Analyze operational problems with data-driven approaches, identify root causes, and develop strategic solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing performance using data trends.
• Monitor KPIs for projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold our mission, values, and ethics.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field AND 3 years of experience in merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, or marketing.
• OR 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience in retail, consulting, pricing, sourcing, operations, finance, ecommerce, statistics, or startups.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or Alteryx.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including issue structuring, root cause analysis, and solution recommendation.
