Summary
The Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing is responsible for the daily support of business development, Ryder clients, finance team, and parcel operations with the analysis and review of pricing new business and analysis of and re-pricing existing business. Develops and maintains computer models. Responsible for training the analysts on strategic insights and pricing.

Essential Functions
Daily pricing support: Perform all pricing for new and existing customers. Provide analytical support to the Director of Strategic Insights, Business Development team, and Parcel Operations to support decision-making.
Employee development and supervision: Assist in planning staffing requirements, hiring (internal & external), work plan development, employee training and development, employee review and performance appraisals, provide overview and direction on projects, facilitate the flow of work and communication between analysts.
Develop tools for pricing strategy and tactics: Develop and enhance Pricing and Analytics models. Participate in strategy discussions to determine the roadmap of analytics and pricing.
Reporting: Develop and support client-facing automated reporting dashboards and internal dashboards.
Annual Price Increase Process: Complete this yearly process, including carrier and client analyses, system uploads, and tool development/enhancement as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field, required.
Master's Degree (MBA, Business, Finance or related), preferred.
4+ years in Pricing experience, required.
2+ years Ryder experience, preferred.
Knowledge of Excel, DOMO, required.
Python (Advanced), preferred.
Technical proficiency in Strategic Analyses (Advanced), required.
Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets (Advanced), required.
Knowledge of Logistics (Intermediate), preferred.

Compensation
Range: $100,000 - $115,000 + bonus.
