Responsibilities

• Manage the property portfolio by developing and communicating recommendations to enhance site appearance and sales growth potential.
• Negotiate lease agreements and subleases for defined Region, East, West or Central.
• Coordinate with brokers on marketing, asset evaluation, and management of all properties.
• Conduct site visits, analyze real estate data, and support decision-making for site selection and asset sales.
• Oversee project management for real estate transactions ensuring compliance with legal and budgetary requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align strategies and secure approvals.
• Monitor and report on capital expenditures, lease management, and property operations.
