About the team

The Local Marketplace team is transforming how customers shop on Walmart.com by onboarding national and regional retailers with enhanced speed, assortment, and convenience. Operating at the nexus of strategy, technology, operations, and process optimization, the team develops scalable solutions that improve seller and customer experiences. The Senior Manager, Operations leads the operational engine for Marketplace Seller Onboarding, driving complex programs, fostering continuous improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, risk management, and team development to deliver measurable performance outcomes in a dynamic environment focused on efficiency and innovation.

Salary

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
