- Apply continuous improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and SPC to eliminate losses and sustain standards
- Support Daily Management System reviews by analysing performance data and implementing corrective actions
- Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing barriers, and adjusting performance metrics
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build high‑performing teams aligned with company values
- Ensure compliance with policies and promote ethical standards and accountability

About the team:
The team oversees automated grocery building control centers, providing expertise in network grocery automation. They lead project implementation and sustainment by collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement. The team develops tools to enhance project analytics and operational efficiency, offers training support, and ensures alignment with business goals while managing organizational change. Focused on delivering results through effective project and risk management, the team plays a key role in advancing Walmart’s supply chain operations with professionalism and integrity.
What you'll do:
- Lead strategic partnerships with site leadership to drive end-to-end improvements within the Distribution Center.

The annual salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $192,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement work or related area OR 6 years’ experience in Engineering, Continuous Improvement work or related area.4 years’ experience leading teams.
Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements (for example, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Quality Key Performance Indicators).
Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
