The Senior Manager, Data Science leads advanced analytical initiatives to develop, validate, and deploy complex models that drive strategic business decisions. We are seeking an experienced and technical individual to join the Mobius Digital Twin team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the continuous evolution, fidelity, and strategic deployment of Walmart's cutting-edge digital twin platform. You will spearhead high-fidelity Walmart Fulfillment Engine and EDF simulations, lead cross-functional capability development with Product and Engineering, and pioneer AI-powered simulation engines that de-risk multi-billion-dollar supply chain decisions.
The Mobius team, within the Supply Chain Strategy organization, develops and utilizes an advanced Digital Twin simulation platform across Walmart's supply chain. This platform enables testing and validation of operational strategies, tactical initiatives, and long-term scenarios before implementation, reducing risks in critical decisions. The team's work drives innovation in retail supply chain management, enhancing customer experiences while optimizing operational costs. Members collaborate closely to apply data science, machine learning, and analytics techniques, ensuring strategic insights support effective decision-making and continuous improvement across Walmart's end-to-end supply chain operations.
