Position Summary:
Walmart Creative Studio (WCS) is the in-house creative agency for Walmart. We develop innovative design systems and creative campaigns that support business goals and reinforce Walmart's position as a top brand in culture. Our focus is on human truths, insight-driven strategies, and integrated creative solutions that build the brand and grow the business across all channels and campaigns.
Role Overview:
As an Associate Creative Director/Copy, you'll partner with an Art Director to conceptualize Tier 1 style campaigns across fashion, beauty, and home categories. Reporting to a Creative Director, you'll work with a Senior Art Director to create comprehensive advertising initiatives, ensuring they are on-brand, innovative, and appealing to fashion-forward customers.
